Good Call! - Vhi Healthcare wins two categories at the
Irish Contact Centre Awards

November 19, 2007 – Vhi Healthcare won two awards and was highly commended in a third category at the 2007 Irish Contact Centre Awards, held last Thursday evening in the Burlington Hotel. Darena Finan, who works in Vhi Healthcare’s contact centre in Kilkenny was named 2007 Contact Centre Agent of the Year and her colleague, Joan Egan, was highly commended in the Team Leader of the Year category. The company also won the Best Training Programme for the training provided in the Vhi contact centre in Kilkenny.

Vhi Healthcare’s, General Manager of Customer Service and Individual Business, Maurice Whelan, was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award and was made a Fellow of the CCMA in recognition of his contribution to the Irish Contact Centre Industry.

This is the 12th year of the Irish Contact Centre Awards which promote best practice and recognize innovation and excellence within the Irish contact centre industry. The Awards are open to all contact centres, help desks and customer service organizations and are run by the Contact Centre Management Association.
