Childhood Obesity Seminar

A public meeting on the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity will be held on Wednesday 29 April.

The meeting is the sixth in a series on healthy eating held by the Royal College of Physicians Ireland (RCPI). 'Childhood Obesity - A Sizeable Problem' will by chaired by Ray D’arcy. It will address important issues concerning the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity and discuss the roles of physical activity and nutrition.

The meeting is open to all members of the public and there is no entry charge. However, to guarantee entry, tickets should be booked in advance by contacting Ms Edel Harrington at college@rcpi.ie or by phone (01) 8639700.

The meeting takes place on Wednesday 29th April at RCPI, No. 6 Kildare

Street, Dublin 2, at 6pm.
