To claim for benefits under Global:

	Call the Medical Assistance/Pre-authorisation line prior to receiving any medical treatment, or within 48 hours in the event of an emergency or where you are physically unable to call. 	We will arrange for approved hospital treatment to be paid to the hospital directly so you won’t have any bills to pay upfront.
	For approved out-patient treatment payment can be made by cheque or direct transfer to your bank account.
	Following your treatment (hospital and out-patient) you should complete a Global Claim Form and send it along with the originals of any bills you receive to the following address: Claims Dept Europ Assistance Insurances Ltd IDA Business Park Athlumney Navan Co Meath Republic of Ireland.
	Your claim will be assessed within 5 working days.

Note: You must submit your claim within four months of starting treatment.
