Mr Declan Moran
Declan Moran has a BSc in Computer Science and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries since 1994. He joined Vhi Healthcare in 1997 from the life and pensions industry and was appointed to the Vhi
Board of Directors in 2008. He is responsible for the management of Vhi Healthcare's product portfolio, development of new products and services and provision of actuarial expertise within the organisation.
Seamus Creedon
Seamus Creedon is a qualified actuary with wide ranging experience. He was a partner at KPMG, London, where he led the UK financial sector actuarial practice of KPMG from 2000 to 2003 and was KPMG’s deputy leader of its global actuarial practice. He now leads the contribution of the European actuarial profession to the EU’s reform and harmonization of insurer prudential supervision (Solvency II). Over 1986 to 1993, he was the first Chief Executive of Lifetime, Bank of Ireland’s life assurance company, and Head of Corporate Development, Europe for Bank of Ireland, based in London. In 2007, he was appointed to a three person review group by Minister Mary Harney to carry out a business appraisal of the health insurance market in Ireland. Currently he holds a number of non executive positions ie Chairman of Reliance Mutual Insurance Society, Director of Baillie Gifford Life and Director of RGA Reinsurance UK.
Celine Fitzgerald
Celine Fitzgerald is CEO of Rigney Dolphin Group, one of Ireland’s leading business process outsource service providers employing over 1100 people. Rigney Dolphin was selected as one of Deloittes best managed companies in 2009 and again in 2010. Prior to joining Rigney Dolphin, Celine was a director at Vodafone Ireland for over seven years. Celine is a CRM and customer service expert having worked in Vodafone on developing their customer management strategy and delivery plans both in Ireland and across the Vodafone Group. Celine has served in a number of senior roles in the telecommunications and BPO sectors where she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and delivered strong results.
